All products sold by Defined Compounds are intended strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research purposes. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, and are not drugs, foods, or cosmetics.

Products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Qualified purchasers

By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher, student, or laboratory professional aged 21 or older, and that products will be handled only by trained individuals in appropriate laboratory settings.

Defined Compounds reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where these conditions appear not to be met.

Product information

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, purity claims, and certificates of analysis. Each batch is third-party tested; COAs are available on our COAs page.

Limitation of liability

Defined Compounds is not liable for any damages arising from misuse of products or use contrary to these terms. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page governs all orders placed after its publication.
