Refund Policy

30-day return window

Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs.

For safety and quality-control reasons, opened or used vials cannot be returned.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@definedcompounds.com with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Email support@definedcompounds.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days. Please do not ship items back before receiving authorization.

Refund timing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
