Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping methods & timing

Standard shipping: 3–5 business days within the United States.

Express shipping: 1–2 business days, available at checkout.

All orders are shipped in discreet, temperature-conscious packaging appropriate for research materials.

Order tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. You can check your order status anytime on our Track Order page or via the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact support@definedcompounds.com and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.

Shipping restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only. Products are sold for laboratory research use only and are the responsibility of the purchaser once delivered.
